Patience led by persistence is how Laura resolves issues and gets positive results, no matter what professional or personal situation may arise.
“Throughout my sales career, it’s always been about the client and the high level of service you provide. Once you begin to know and understand their life style for a sale and/or urgency in a re-sale, trust is formed and a professional relationship is framed. In real estate, it’s the difference you make in the lives of others in order to establish and sustain each relationship.”
As a trusted adviser and native of New York City, Laura constantly studies market trends, new developments in certain sub-markets in order to service clients to the fullest. Prior to real estate, Laura’s international career in fashion; managing the sales and distribution of Far East production for the U.S. retail market, enabled her to develop and sustain superior negotiation and communication skills. Skills she brings to clients.
Laura’s qualities as a natural communicator and an exceptional listener were essential to her when she taught English to newly relocated expatriates, after her career in fashion.
