Over the last sixteen years, Julianne Bond has built a strong business in New York City’s residential real estate market by helping buyers acquire the homes of their dreams and sellers maximize their returns. She works at all price points and is devoted to her clients. She provides highly personalized service that often continues well past the closing, which is the very reason that most of her business comes from referrals.
As a longtime downtown resident, Julianne is intimately familiar with the downtown market: from Greenwich Village to all points east, west and south. This by no way limits her focus, as her expertise and success stories extend throughout all of Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Julianne’s approach is simple: she first dedicates herself to understanding her client’s individual needs and goals and then skillfully translates them into reality. She patiently delivers superior service with insight, innovation and integrity. She has completed hundreds of sales and rental transactions. It is, therefore, no small wonder that Julianne Bond has been ranked in the top 1% of all real estate agents nationwide where it is well known that “her word is her bond”.
The following testimonial from one of Julianne’s clients says it all: “Thank goodness for you and the wonderful advisor you are! You aim to understand your clients, their needs and endeavor to make the process seamless and fun : )” – Michael
Julianne is a published poet and a recipient of Cable Ace and Peabody Awards for Comedy Central’s Emmy-Winning “Dr. Katz: Professional Therapist”. Her award-winning background in the arts, coupled with raising her three (now grown) children, has prepared her well for strategically outside-the-box problem-solving, essential to creating a positive experience and desired outcome for her clients.
Julianne has diverse outside interests. She serves on the Executive Board of the West 13th Street 100 Block Association, the Board of Directors of MiShinnah (a non-profit dedicated to bringing the arts to local communities) and volunteers at Mt. Sinai Hospital’s Woman-to-Woman where she offers emotional support and mentoring to women undergoing treatment for gynecologic cancer. When she is not in the office, Julianne and her husband divide their time between their West Village apartment, their home on the East End of Long Island, and in Valencia, Spain.
