Originally from a family of Fire Island property developers, real estate is in Amanda’s blood. Before launching her Real Estate career, Amanda was a co-founder of Red Carpet Media Partners, a celebrity and charity events firm. Among her most successful events were Patrick McMullan’s Birthday Bash, named in Gotham Magazine’s “Top 10 Parties” list, and Wyclef Jean’s Yele Haiti event, named by Rolling Stone Magazine as the number 1 party of the year. Needless to say, she throws a mean open house. Amanda’s years in the event planning industry have proved invaluable in honing her marketing skills and teaching her strategies to satisfy even the most discerning clients.
After graduating from Manhattan College with a degree in radiological science, Amanda began her career in the healthcare industry as a supervisor for the Emergency Room and In-Patient Departments at Cornell Hospital. She treats her clients with the same caring and understanding that she treated her patients.
She continues her involvement in healthcare by being a donor and active member of Friends of Mount Sinai, a philanthropic group dedicated to improving the Mount Sinai Health System.
Amanda is also a founding member of Harlem Park to Park, a group committed to fostering and connecting small businesses in Upper Manhattan.
For the past 8 years, Amanda Bankuti has used her strong negotiating skills, creative problem solving, and intimate knowledge of Manhattan to help her clients navigate the ins and outs of New York City real estate. Amanda’s clients trust in her candor and patience, whether they are looking to achieve the highest and best price for their current property or seeking their ideal home.
Amanda lives in Harlem with her husband and their seven-year-old twins. She is an avid cook, specializing in Italian cuisine.
