Proving that real estate and art have a natural affinity for each other, E&V Chelsea sponsored a truly well-rounded – and well-attended – event in London, showcasing the works of Picasso, Dali, Matisse, and Chagall, among others. Mayfair’s ultra-chic restaurant QPxLDN grounded the scene with contemporary Italian bites while 450 guests – including London luminaries like actress Phoebe Dyneover and Scottish actor and possible new ‘James Bond’ contender Craig McGinlay – enjoyed works by some of the world’s most renowned artists.
Overseeing the event was E&V Chelsea’s Marketing Manager, Magdalena Dudarska. The objective, she explained, was to “reach out to and inspire new clients [and]…to show that we’re not just experts in premium property — we also bring a passion for other things in life.”
The event was organized by Predella House. Their mission is to inspire people to “curate” their own spaces by providing access to hand-picked works of art by a specially selected group of contemporary and up-and-coming artists. It’s not surprising that there is increasing demand for such a service. Mindful decorating with the incorporation of fine art can add value to a home for the residents as well as potential purchasers. The event placed Engel & Volkers at the nexus of real estate, interior design and art and accomplished what Ms. Dudarska envisioned from the beginning: to combine a luxury real estate brand with superb art, eats, and company!
