When working with sellers, Radna combines the cutting edge marketing tools of Engel & Völkers with her extensive personal contacts to ensure that her exclusive listings receive the kind of exposure that prompts the highest offers in the shortest amount of time. Radna is diligent and ambitious – successfully negotiating a sale during her very first week in real estate.
Radna organizes networking events for the Asian-American community, connecting Asian Ivy League alumni and young professionals. She is also a co-founder of a non-profit organization promoting Buddhist culture in the U.S. and has helped to organize a number of New York University’s premier fashion and benefit galas. Radna truly loves meeting and establishing relationships with people from all walks of life, and helping them with one of the most important decisions they will ever make.
While studying for a degree in economics at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics between 2008 and 2011, Radna worked for a Moscow-based savings and loan bank as a translator for foreign accounts. In 2009 she joined Alpha Capital Partners and was responsible for managing the main Moscow office providing office support to over 30 managers and the executives in her division. Radna relocated to New York in October 2011, earning her second advanced degree in health and nutrition.
Radna is a member of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the Real Estate Board of New York.
