Kathy McFarland moved to New York City in the fall of 2006 from Arkansas where she resided for over 40 years. Since obtaining her Arkansas Broker’s License in 1984, she has always had a passion for real estate. Kathy joined Engel & Völkers after several years of being awarded a ”top producer of multi-million-dollar sales” at another leading New York brokerage firm, bringing with her a proven track record of sales and rentals, and a long list of loyal clients. Her expert ability to match people with properties and negotiate winning deals stems not just from her seasoned experience, but from the tenacity, motivation and 24-hour, 7-days-a-week accessibility.

 

Inspired by the adage that you can do anything you put your mind to, Kathy always puts her mind and dedication to ensuring her clients’ utmost satisfaction. Born in Nebraska, raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and the recipient of a BSE degree from the University of Arkansas, Kathy is a small town, city savvy broker offering extreme care and professionalism. She currently resided in Midtown West, where she enjoys great lifestyle benefits that include easy access to Central Park, fine shops and restaurants, museums and the theater – all the reasons that make her so passionate about selling the ”Big Apple.”
