Ana is a member of the Howard Morrel Team. Of Venezuelan descent, Ana is a world traveler and fluent in Spanish giving her a great foundation for working with global clients as they search for the perfect primary, secondary or investment property in New York. She also has her real estate license in Florida and works closely with developers and luxury new developments, such as 321 at Water’s Edge in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Ana has been a seasonal resident of New York and Florida and is uniquely qualified to connect those markets. She maintains strong ties to the South Florida real estate market through her father, Giancarlo Cuffia, who is the Managing Director of Engel & Völkers offices in Sunny Isles Beach and Fort Lauderdale.
Before beginning her real estate career, Ana worked in the hospitality industry for more than three years. Her hospitality experience taught her that knowledge, authenticity, and service are the fundamentals of being successful in any industry. She looks forward to applying her dedication to integrity, transparency and service, along with her great knowledge of Manhattan, to her business.
Ana graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration. She is a former four-year Division I NCAA women’s soccer collegiate athlete and a devoted foodie. She loves exploring the streets of Manhattan to find the most unique and special restaurants that the city has to offer. Additionally, she loves traveling the world and experiencing new adventures.
