Adam Lichtin
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Member of the E&V Elite Awards Club – Diamond Level 2015

#1 Individual Agent per Gross Commission Income 2015

Since joining Engel & Völkers New York Real Estate, Adam has completed over $20,000,000 in transactions, many deals setting record prices.

Adam’s deep passion for real estate began at an early age. Working for his family’s real estate development company in North Carolina throughout his childhood, he honed his skills early on. From the onset people saw Adam had the talents to be a force in the industry. After college, Adam became a partner in the business and began his first project, a $6 million class A office building, which he completed and leased to 95% within the first year. He went on to develop over $150 million of property, signing leases for many Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Engel & Völkers New York City, Adam was at one of the top real estate firms in Manhattan, where he worked successfully with sellers and buyers from $400,000-$17,000,000. Adam’s knack for understanding the needs and wants of his clients allows him to obtain the outcome they are seeking, whether for a seller on a listing, or a buyer purchasing a pied-a-terre. He understands the emotionality in the process, and works with his clients to make every purchase or sale an experience that they would want to have again. He treats every client the same and every transaction like it was his own. Adam’s southern charm and enthusiastic personality keeps his clients coming back. They see that he wears his passion on his sleeve and that he will do everything in his power to get the deal done.

Adam earned a degree in business management with a finance concentration from North Carolina State University. He is a member of REBNY and a licensed real estate salesperson in New York. He is also a licensed real estate broker and an unlimited licensed general contractor in North Carolina.

Adam likes to give back to the community whenever he can. For over a decade, he was one of the top fundraisers for the Boys and Girls Club annual camp drive that allows underprivileged children to go to camp free of charge during their summer vacation. Adam has other passions as well. He is a giant car buff, enjoys playing golf, boating and going to the beach in his spare time.
